fairy godmother
When Jaime invited me to be Kara Lynn's godmother,
and I said yes,
mom commented, "A fairy godmother."
How fitting.
My friend Lamb calls me Faye,
my middle name,
which means fairy.
Interestingly, last year at this time,
before I had ever met Lamb,
I wrote a blog post about my name.
What's in a name?
